FANTASTIC SERVICE. I went looking for new ski boots and Craig was super helpful and knowledgeable. Even though it was late in the day he took his time and helped me get new gear. I appreciate buying on the hill as no one knows Panorama conditions better than the long term locals. Price wise the ski shop on the hill was very competitive with buying elsewhere.

Just popped in “to see”, but found a few things I “needed”, (bike gloves, wool hiking socks, a couple of active wear shirts- including a light wool summer hiking shirt). Friendly staff and a great selection! Always worth a look to see what’s new, as well as any essentials you may have forgotten.

Bought some mountain biking knee pads here. They were 30% off late season, the staff I spoke to wasn't overly knowledgeable about this specific product but I was able to get the right sizing and a deal. Store was large enough and had a fair amount of stock even after the crazy COVID bicycle summer. Worth checking out if you are at Panorama and are in need of some gear. They also carry ski and snowboarding gear as well as regular clothing.

Very rude staff. We came to shop in this retail store and asked if we can bring our dog inside. One store clerk said it was ok as long as we carry our dog. Another clerk however asked us to leave because the store had a "no pets inside policy" and treated us without courtesy and professionalism. We we're very confused about the inconsistency of the policy and understood completely of the no pets policy but don't appreciate being disrespected on that situation.

We really felt that it could have been handled more professionally by the staff but I guess they weren't appropriately trained to deal with such situations conscientiously. I work in an profession where customer care is valued therefore I can attest that the staff seemed to be poorly trained at this. On that point we had to return all the items we we're planning to purchase and left the store extremely upset. Therefore, we will never recommend this shop to anyone we know because of the terrible experience we had.

Very unhappy with the experience I had in the store. My product was faulty and the store refused to do anything about it and took a bullying approach to get rid of me.

The only and big problem is that they accept Google Pay but their terminal is not set for AMEX so to use our phone to pay we still needed Amex on us which we didn't carry happy to have Google Pay haha
