Had no plan to buy anything from this store, just roaming around and ended up buying 20 items! 50% sales in almost all items. Well displayed all items. Very easy for customers to see and pick items. All types of women’s, men’s and kids clothes are available here. Very affordable price and good quality products. Staffs are very knowledgeable and friendly. They offered help few times. Medium size store, neat and clean. Lots of parking including accessible parking in the parking lot close to this store. Highly recommend to visit this store.

Don’t recommend this store to anyone who values their money. I purchased a few items from this store, as it was one of my favourite stores, and while checking out I made sure to ask the employee about the return policy in case the clothes wouldn’t fit. She said that it was returnable for 2 weeks. The clothes didn’t fit me and I made sure to go back to return in the 2 week time limit, and they refused me. I was perfectly fine with store credit as there was only a problem with the size, but they repeatedly said they wouldn’t take the clothes back, and once I told them that I was misinformed, they continued to refuse me, and didn’t even try to help. These people will rob you of your money. Wouldn’t recommend.

Had the new lady at the store Christina help me and my niece pick out the cutest clothes, was really informative and was very wonderful to interact with. Would recommend this store! ☺️

Several employees in the store. None offered help. Went to pay and the teller (wearing a baggy black sweater) didn't acknowledge me with a "hello" or "did you find everything today?". She just kept talking to another employee the entire time I was at the till. There were two other employees at the till, one sorting clothing the other just standing idly chasing with the teller. She passed me my bag, I said "thank you" and again she ignored me just continuing her conversation. Rude costumer service.

So we bought few dresses a week before. since we cant try them in store (Thanks to Covid-19), we asked them about their return policy. they said you can return them if they dont fit. Today we went to return two out of three dress we bought. They accepted the return, but they can only refund in form of their store gift card. I asked them why cant we get the cash back to same card. The manager said they can issue only store credit and you can not get your money back. its they rules and he cant change it.
So they essentially using this pandemic to make more money. How is this ethical and not cheating.
I would never ever go to such stores , everyone should never do business with any store that cheats people.

I was at the outlet mall in Nisku on Sunday afternoon with my friend and we decided to check out Urban Planet. I found a few items tried them on with ease decided I wanted the 2 dresses and went to the checkout. When I got to the line up there was two girls working cash, one who seemed to be the floor manager who was ringing the girl in front of me through. The other cashier was helping a family of 5 with the mother trying to get all the deals with her kids running around the store to grab sizes. When the floor manager was finished with the girl who was in front of me she looked to me and said you will be rung in by her and points to the other cashier who was clearly not even close to finishing up with the family of 5. I found this to be odd and quite frankly very rude. By this point 20 mins had passed and I thought I would wait another 5 mins to see if maybe she would come back as the family of 5 was not nearing to finishing up their purchases… No one came to assist and by this point the novelty of purchasing the dresses wore off and I simply left the dresses behind and walked out the store. Poor managing on the ladies part if your colleague is tied up legitimately then you must help out with cash or you loose customers…

WORST STORE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!

This is my second time getting a bad customer service from the staff of this store. They are very rude, not helpful at all. I went to this store a few days ago and I bought some stuff from the 80% clearance section, when I went to the cash wrap the WHITE girl said that "Oh we don't care what it says on the sign we'll only go with what it's coming up in the system. Even though the sweater that I bought was FULL OF STOCK ON THAT RACK!! Saying 80% off. Anyway, we were told "it's just $2 more" I DON'T CARE IF IT'S $2 OR $200" IF YOUR SIGN SAYS IT'S 80% OFF THEN IT'S 80% OFF. END OF THE STORY.

I left the store UNHAPPY!

Today, Jan 1 we entered the store. I came to buy something for my baby sister, she was standing beside me, she was very excited to buy a sweater that she saw her friend wear from here. Right away 5-6 WHITE girls came towards us saying that You need to get out because we are closed. We nicely told them that we checked the timing online and jt says 6pm, but it's okay we respect that you are closed. BUT WE KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANT. WE WILL GRAB IT AND PAY FOR IT RIGHT AWAY. We came all the way from north of Edmonton. And we KINDLY requested to let us buy what we are here to buy. One of the girls said "COME BACK TOMORROW" we told her that we came from the north and we can't come tomorrow she said "THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO"

I am talking to the store manager here:
Tell your staff to atleast be nice to customers. We are here to buy stuff, not get insulted by your staff. I have worked in retail myself for YEAARRSSS! and I was never told/never treated anyone with such disrespect. The Customer Service is HORRIBLE.

Tell your staff to learn some manners and maybe customer service.

LOVE THE STAFF!! I don’t think people realize how hard retail is, there can be very many difficult customers but majority are great people! It takes a strong work ethic and is very time consuming. I thank all retail people for pushing through and being awesome !!
