First time going here recommend by a friend. The staff were super friendly. They were very knowledgeable about my insurance. The Dr. was great he put me in more comfortable contacts than I have worn in years. Definitely recommended this place.

Amazing customer service from the start of a phone call and scheduling an appointment. Upon arrival, staff were very welcoming! Once I was ready to purchase glasses and contacts a very detailed explanation of benefits and offers were explained. The gal who helped me, helped save me $370!!! Excited for my order to be ready pick up 🙂

1 star because the doctor is nice. Minus 4 because the staff is insanely rude. Never had a good experience with the staff. I stayed for the doctor but it's simply not worth the headache of dealing with any of them. Highly recommend taking your insurance elsewhere.

Staff are always so kind and I get great deals from here. My glasses were broken but the staff helped me free of charge. So thankful for them. I've never bought glasses at such a great price.

(update) This place has the best team, every single person that works there was super helpful and friendly. Lot's of availability when it comes to appointments, hardly any waiting and it's a huge plus to be able to book online. I'd say their lead time is pretty good. My glasses were supposed to take two weeks but they came after 1 week.

The Dr. is awesome. He takes the time to explain everything to you and he did an amazing job with the prescription.
Never worn glasses before so it took like a day to get use to but there was no nausea, headaches or discomfort. Tbh I can't live without these glasses now . They look great and feel great. As dramatic as it sounds it did change my life lol
I can drive home from work at 5 am and actually see the lanes, my eyes no longer feel like they're being fried at work from writing emails for 12 hours straight, I can use my phone/text again , and I can actually enjoy playing video games longer than 30 mins. I'm so happy I came to this place and had a an amazing Dr! Thank you!

I love the continuity in care I get there, as I've been seeing Dr. Bart Hamblin for several years now at this Visionworks location. I also love the affordability of the extra parts of a thorough eye exam that my insurance doesn't cover, these extras like the eye x-ray give that needed peace of mind that if there were something that needed to be caught early, it would be. The x-ray has replaced the need for dilation and is much faster and easier on the patient. The doc and staff were great, and I love that the doc is always willing to take whatever time is needed to discuss my eye needs and lense preferences. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend the Murray location.

I ended up only getting the exam at Visionworks, cuz I had already found some frames at Costco I liked, even though I couldn't get the exam at Costco cuz the doctor there didn't take insurance.

On Friday evening I was able at schedule for a Saturday evening appointment. When I got there, they said I had a $10 copay, but offered for me to add the eye scan (to check for diabetes, cancer, etc) for an additional $40. I opted for this because it was my first time getting my eyes checked in about 30 years!

They got everything done super fast, the scan kinda felt like a xerox machine to the eyes, but it was cool to see the results.

After all the tests, I waited less than 10 minutes for the doctor (in which time I looked at the frames available just in case I found some cuter than Costco). The doctor had me do the eye tests to fine-tune my Rx. Then he tested the lenses on me to make sure they were right.

Once done, they gave me the options for buying frames and lenses there. I told them I was going to be buying them at Costco and they didn't pressure me to buy theirs instead, they just gave me my Rx and sent me on my way

I would recommend them, they are thorough and professional.
