I booked a dishwasher on 28th September, and while the delay in delivery is frustrating, what's more disappointing is the complete lack of communication. There's been no update on the expected delivery date. The staff is non-responsive, and the company is impossible to reach. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from here due to the poor service.

Update : got the dishwasher delivered after 14 days of payment and regular follow-ups and the product received ja damaged.. today it's another 6 days unable to get any response on its replacement or refund..

My advise don't waste time and energy on Voltas Beko products..

Update :
It has been one full month of me payments at Experience Centre, after reporting damaged product on Oct. 13.. it has been 15 days I haven't got my refund and even the product is still lying at my home..

Very bad experience. They are not responding my call also not yet solve my problem .Very bad service from Voltasbeko . Staffs are also irresponsible.
Don't buy the product from Voltasbeko at all.. I purchase AC from Voltasbeko and it's a faulty piece....already they delay delivery by 7 days and after that for exchange the faulty material they delayed for more 7 days. It's totally frustrating ....even their staffs are not responsible regarding issue....they are not even taking any follow up ....but also didn't respond for any calls.

Poor customer service.
Front load machine stopped working in just 15 months of purchase. Services center has no idea about availability of parts or whatsoever is the process further.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. We purchased the fridge in 2021 and in just 3 years the fridge stopped cooling. When contacted the customer service center they sent a person to have a 'look' at the problem. He said a part needs to be changed. It should come in 3-4 days time. After that there is no news from the center. We tried to call back multiple times but we don't get any answer as to how much time it will take. As if the part is from Mars. It's been 10 days without a fridge and with no idea whether the fridge will start working any time soon. Really pathetic. Did not expect this from Voltas, a Tata product.

Update: the fridge has finally started working after 19 days!!! And what was the issue? The PCB unit!!!! Votlas took 19days to change the PCB. And all this after multiple follow ups. There is absolutely no coordination between the company and service center (Yash services). It is my humble request to voltas that pls educate your service center to be proactive and ask them to call and update the customer periodically.

I had purchased this Voltas Beko refrigerator for my old age parents and since Voltas took 14+ days to address this critical issue and
my old age parents were badly affected due to non-availability of refrigerator in core summer season. All these days I
have rigorously done follow-ups with Mr. Yadav and Mr. V Sreenath thereby increasing my frustration day by day.
The new refrigerator delivered was also facing cooling issues and I have again logged series of complaints.
With lot of pain and frustration that me and my parents have suffered until now, we do not have any further hopes on
the purchased product and now we do not wish to continue with services provided by Voltas and hence claim for a
refund amount so that we purchase a new refrigerator of some other brand as the organization and the chain of people
working under servicing have broken the trust and have no seriousness of the situation that we are facing and going
through since May 2024.
