Helpful employees for the most part although the ones that are pulling groceries for pickup orders can be unthoughtful and act like they are the most important people there. It's especially bad when there are 2 or more gathering in one area. Some of them forget the niceties like excuse me and thank you and you're welcome. These phrase this mean a whole lot in my world. The regular stockers are very helpful... They even go out of their way to help you find things.

The Lynn Haven store needs customer service lessons. Was in there today and asked AT LEAST 6 different employees where beach towels were. All 6 blew me off with, "IF WE HAVE ANY LEFT they're on the clearance isle" (they weren't) or "IF WE HAVE ANY, they're in garden center". 4 out of the 6 said they THOUGHT they had been sold out for a while. One of the employees was a manager and she did not know where any were unless they were in garden, and they weren't. The only employee that actually did their job was Chris. He was busy in toys, but as soon as I asked him he whipped out his phone and looked it up. Not one other employee looked it up on their phone. Chris did and then he enthusiastically walked me right to them. Yes Lynn Haven Walmart, you do have beach towels, plenty of them, at least 20 or more. They're on sale for $2.00! End cap isle H17 and H19 if I remember correctly. If not, find Chris, he doesn't mind helping. Too bad no one else used their phone like Chris did. Chris needs to train the rest, including management.

I usually try and leave good reviews, but this time? No idea who up high made the decision to move everything around. Disabled people who knew where items were, don't now. Not to mention narrow isles now that make it difficult when shopping. Imagine people stocking the shelves hate having no room to work. Time for Publix I guess ? What are y'all thinking?

This review is only for 1 person her name is Estelle and she is the dear lady who answers the phone. I asked if they carried Consumer Cellular Phones. She transferred me to Electronics 2X no answer, she then transferred me to customer service no answer. She then called on the walkie talkie to electronics with no response. I explained I was going to drive an hour to the store that's why I needed to know if they had them. She then said hold on I WILL WALK BACK THERE AND FIND OUT FOR YOU!!!!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND I APPRECIATE HER FOR THAT!!!!! WALMART SHOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE AN EMPLOYEE LIKE HER!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH Estelle ❤️

The personal shopper and delivery service is terrible. Every time I order there are items missing. They don’t use their own employees to shop. They use DoorDash and the people don’t even speak English. Whoever runs this store should be let go for such poor customer service.

Only Walmart I know that can't keep their most basic items in stocks and will open the store and NOT be able to accept cash at ANY registers, 7am and did not have a single register to pay cash at. Once I needed to return an item that was locked up behind glass bc the employee gave me the wrong part number, it happens and yes I should have checked it was the right part, but I had already waited AN HOUR to get the item, tried to return the part but was told there was no one at customer service until 9am, the store opens at 6am. I was trying to exchange the headlight before work bc after work, it is extremely difficult to get in and out of there. I was given no alternative other than to come back after 9 am. I ended up eating the cost of the headlight and just getting the right one at O'Reilly's. The customer service is abysmal, with employees refusing to step aside for a customer to get items and often times cutting in front of customers to stock their "pick up" carts. The best parking spots not already reserved for handicap parking is now for online pick up and liquor store pick up, which is disgusting all together, if you ask me. Im not disabled enough to get a handicap sticker, but walking is very painful and the longer I have to walk, the more me knee and back swell, making it very painful, but as long as people don't have to get out of their vehicle to get their liquor, I guess it's OK. They're probably too drunk to walk into the store, so they obviously need it more. My daughter also noticed that most employees during our most recent visit were not wearing their employee vests, denoting they even worked for the store.

You should consider talking with the employees about treating “alternative looking people” the same as they way they treat the people that “look like church goers”. Every single time I come into this store it treated like a criminal. I’ve never once stolen anything or acted inappropriately and quite frankly I’m getting tired of it. Next time I’ll be asking to speak to a manager like a “Karen” because god forbid y’all treat everyone with the same respect.
