The customer service rep was so helpful when I called to activate my Internet from vacation mode, and even noticed that we needed an upgrade from 1 mg to 100 mg and scheduled it. The technician who made the change was kind enough to leave me a message explaining the service performed. It was seamless and we did not have to stay home to have the work done.
Loyal and very happy customer for many years!

Horribly slow internet and the price they are charging for speeds that are comparable to Dail-up is ridiculous. I’m currently looking into another service that will work in my location. Anything has to be better than this. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Our internet has been going out for about a week now and a technician was supposed to come out. You have to clear out your entire day for the appointments... so we had one set for Friday but no one bothered showing up. Then we're forced to reschedule for Monday... and had the whole day cleared out. Then wait around when we're told they're coming from 2-4. Nothing. We call, and now it's 7-9. We wait and still nothing. We've had to wait around two full days, and miss work for nothing. Yet if we weren't home when the tech showed up we would owe them $50 per appointment... If you have another choice for internet provider, take it. This company isn't worth the headache.

Been without service for over 5 weeks four tickets have been placed each time they are closed and service has not been restored. Each time I am asked and required to be home or a $50 fee is added to my account but yet the technicians never even show up or a courtesy call telling you that the service could not be restored. Technicians need to be fired new technicians need to be trained to fill out and complete work orders.

Technician's don't speak with the owner of the house to understand what the problem is or having. I wish they would. The time window is to big for a scheduled appointment it should be more accurate. I didn't get a text to inform me technician was on the way when said it would've.
