I am a very PROUD weekly vendor here at Ryan's Retail. The very first time I set up shop I FELL COMPLETELY IN LOVE with the environment, the actual building itself, the adorable Street it is on and its whole concept. Imagine you are starting a new venture by owning your own small business (for me it's Paparazzi) and you would like to have a place
You could go to set up a "mini-shop" to display all your items to sell, but you have to WAIT for your local
Flea market or church bazaar, or SEARCH social media for any type of social event, but their fee is anywhere from $30 to $75 to rent a table, oh and by the way you're fighting your way through a waiting list! Ryan's Retail offers you a very generous space, inside a very large historic beautiful building, amongst many other vendors who are trying to start their business just like yourself! There is meter parking (very inexpensive) all along the main street and free parking on the side streets. The owner is supportive, as well as his management. It's the perfect place to start your business inexpensively. I've become quite successful since I decided to give this place a shot, it's the best decision I've ever made. Many talented vendors and artists weekly with so much variety. If you're looking to start off small and build yourself up, this is the perfect place to do it. I'm living proof!

I rent a few times during the warm season a space at Ryan’s. The environment is great, you meet new people, new vendors. You are renting a space. Is OUR responsibility to advertise and bring the customers. He is just giving you a space, a roof, even bathrooms you can use. If you have ideas he is always there to listen. People need to understand that the city is a historical place and you cant do much to advertise the place. If you need a space to sell your items and dont know where call Ryan’s. He will have a space for you. Is very reasonable.

Ryan Retail is one of the best community retail space available for anyone who wants to rent a space at a really reasonable price. I have been there many times. I talked to the owner regarding buying a building in the area and he shared so much valuable information. I don’t know anyone who would take time out of their schedule to help another business owner. He represents what community is all about.

Ryan’s Retail is innovative! What a great way to repurpose a building. As a vender, I’ve had great networking opportunities. I think the pricing is fair. I was looking for a reasonable space to teach Zumba classes when I found an ad for Ryan’s Retail on Facebook. I had information within 10 minutes of requesting it. After I booked the space, Ryan gave me a lot of ideas about where I could promote my classes and he’s promoting them too. I consider this to be above and beyond- no other facility that I have rented class space from has been so affordable and supportive. I would highly recommend renting space from Ryan’s Retail.

So I feel bad I have gone by this place a million times and never gone in till recently. But it's worth going in, great local crafts, knitted gear, local soaps, and I heard a flower shop is coming in! I need to keep an eye on this place it sounds like it's giving to keep getting nicer!

The individual vendors are great people it's just the owner is an con artist and overcharging people trying to earn an extra dollar in their life and he refuses to promote or advertise for the vendors he expects the vendors to pay to advertise his place in addition there's no parking near his business you have to walk at least a block that's not good for the elderly you could actually pass this place without realizing it because there's no sign promoting his own business I believe he's a ripoff. In addition to your response I'm shocked that you're even in business for one I wasn't trying to be a vendor so therefore I don't even know about any contracts I was a customer with a background of being a firefighter fighter and chief. First thing there's no smoke detectors that I seen which is a State and federal violation it's not even handicapped accessible so I'm going to report you to the to handicap Association on discrimination and civil liberties act against people with disabilities.
